Dark Modern Contemporary
Anya Residence presents a darker interpretation of modern contemporary living, combining deep timber, charcoal cabinetry, stone textures, and warm architectural lighting. The open-plan living and dining area is composed around strong horizontal lines and softly curved forms, creating a home that feels polished and dramatic while remaining comfortable for daily life.
Layered materials give each zone depth and definition. A marble-look dining table anchors the social space, while fluted wall panels, illuminated stone surfaces, and a dark media wall create a cohesive visual rhythm. The kitchen uses full-height cabinetry and warm display lighting for a sleek yet practical finish. Private rooms continue the tailored approach with integrated vanities, concealed storage, textured headboards, and a custom bunk-bed composition that makes efficient use of vertical space.
